In "All I Heard Was Blue," I explored the synesthetic experience of color as sound, allowing varying tones of blue to create visual depth that echoes through the senses like notes in a forgotten melody. The composition's warm blues advance while cooler hues recede, crafting a dimensional landscape that hovers between sky and earth, between atmosphere and topography—a space both familiar and dreamlike. The vermillion and rose pink squiggles that dance across the surface emerged intuitively, their rhythmic movements tracing the invisible currents that flow through and around the blue forms beneath.
